For all other insurance plans I can provide you with a "superbill" detailing what you've paid for therapy so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance through your out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance company to learn what your out-of-network mental health benefits may be.
Good Faith Estimate
You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care with cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment.
